Cancellation Terms:

Residents can cancel without penalty until Friday, May 2, 2008 at 5:00pm. Residents must cancel in writing. All cancellations after 5/2/2008 will be assessed 50% summer housing (room with board included) charges.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Residents whom do not have a fall semester contract, must vacate by Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 12-Noon.
• Students will be required to move from their spring room to summer room between May 18 and May 23, 2008. Housing Services will specify an 24-48 hour window in which students may move.
• Students will be required to move from their summer room to fall room between August 4-8, 2008. Housing Services will specify an 24-48 hour window in which students may move.
• All room and board charges will be applied to residents student account.
• Summer housing rooms are limited, and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Housing Services and Residence Life office reserves the right to re-assign residents as needed.
